Drop-off Schedule<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Consignors may now select their own time to drop off their items during any of the three days of Drop-Off!\u00a0 Simply login to your consignor home page and click on “Select a Drop-off Appointment”.<\/em><\/p>\n

Scheduling your drop-off time will help prevent excessive back-ups in the registration process, while providing you with more personal attention and allowing our quality control gals to do a more thorough job.\u00a0 Maintaining our standards of accepting only high quality merchandise will help you earn more $$$ for your items.\u00a0 We strive to make your experience as a Duck-Duck-Goose consignor as pleasant and convenient as possible and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during our drop-off and inspection process.<\/p>\n

IF YOU ARE DROPPING OFF A DUCK LOAD OF STUFF (i.e. more than 200 items) – PLEASE SEND US AN E-MAIL to Memphis@dkdkgoose.com<\/a> with a note in the subject field \u201cDropping off a DUCK LOAD of stuff\u201d, and include your name, consignor number, approximate number of items you will be consigning, and a phone number where you can be reached.\u00a0 We will make extra efforts to accommodate you by having adequate staff available to assist or scheduling a special drop-off time for you.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

What should I expect at drop-off?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Check-in at the registration table found in the entrance to the store<\/a>.<\/p>\n

When dropping off your items you\u2019ll need to plan to be on location for at least 45 minutes. This will allow time to fill out your registration form and check-in through quality control. You will want to allow extra time if you are bringing a “Duck-Load of Stuff”.\u00a0 Be sure your items are sorted by size and gender, and that all items have been properly hung and tagged.\u00a0 This will expedite your check-in process! \u00a0You will be asked to take your items to the appropriate location in the store after they have been inspected. \u00a0Please allow time to do this.<\/p>\n

NOTICE:\u00a0 <\/strong>Please do not park in front of the entrance unless instructed to do so by a staff member upon completion of your paperwork.\u00a0 If you have 30 items or less please park in the parking lot and bring your items with you to check-in.
\nConsignors with 100 items or more and\/or large items: <\/strong>Please leave your items in your car and come in to the store to check-in.\u00a0 <\/em>After you sign in, we will let you know when you may begin unloading your items. \u00a0If you have large items, let us know at check-in.\u00a0\u00a0We will provide you with instructions for unloading\u00a0when you arrive.\u00a0 Please do not park your vehicles in the driveway at the main entrance to our store as this\u00a0will impede traffic flow.\u00a0\u00a0We need your help to keep the area in front of the doors clear of parked cars during the entire drop-off process.<\/p>\n
