NOTE:\u00a0\u00a0 Because we will still be setting up, Friday’s drop off will be 4pm to 7pm.\u00a0 Saturday and Monday’s\u00a0Drop-off will be held from 10:00am to 5:00pm.\u00a0 And finally, our last drop-off day, Tuesday, will from 10am to 3pm.\u00a0 If you need to come earlier or later, please let us know; we will be glad to work with you.<\/strong><\/p>\n If you need to make any adjustments to your drop-off day or require a scheduled appointment, feel free to contact us<\/a>. Provide us with your name, consignor number and desired appointment time when writing.\u00a0 Starting September 17th, we will not have the opportunity to check email or\u00a0check voicemails until\u00a0very late.\u00a0 The best way to contact us after\u00a0setup has begun is the come by the store. <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n Check-in at the registration table found in the entrance to the store<\/a> (look for signs).<\/p>\n When dropping off your items you\u2019ll need to plan to be on location for at least 45 minutes. This will allow time to fill out your registration form, check-in through quality control, and put your items away on the sales floor. Allow extra time if you are bringing a “Duck-Load of Stuff”, arrive at peak hours or plan to order and attach your barcodes during drop-off.<\/p>\n NOTICE: <\/strong>Please do not park in front of the entrance unless instructed to do so by a staff member upon completion of your paperwork. If you have 30 items or less please park in the parking lot and bring your items with you to check-in. Please exercise common courtesy!<\/p>\n During check-in you will be asked to:<\/strong><\/p>\n A good suggestion to help prepare you for drop-off: Use rubber bands to group sizes and gender together (this will help YOU when putting your items away on the sales floor)<\/em> <\/strong><\/p>\n IMPORTANT: All consignors must highlight their tags if you plan to pick-up your unsold items.<\/span> <\/strong>Use the chart below to find which color of highlighter to use. \nAll other consignors: <\/strong>Please leave your items in your car and come in to the store to check-in.\u00a0 <\/em>After you sign in, we will let you know when you may begin unloading your items.\u00a0 If you have large items or need to unload near the front door for any other reason please ask permission before moving your car.\u00a0 As soon as you have unloaded please move your car back to the parking lot in order to make room for the next consignor to unload.\u00a0 We need your help to keep the area in front of the doors clear of parked cars during the entire drop-off process.<\/p>\nPreparing for Check-In<\/h2>\n
