STEP 1: Start by
getting your consignor number
Complete our online registration
form
to get your new number!
The deadline for getting your number for the Fall/Winter sale is
October 1st.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Everyone participating in the Fall/Winter sale MUST register for a NEW consignor number. (Yes, this includes you.)
Step 2:
Begin by hanging, TAGGING and pricing your items:
Please
refer to our READY... SET.... TAG section for detailed
instructions. Consignor numbers consist of the first letter of
your last name along with an assigned number, so you must
pre-register to obtain your consignor number.
Step 3:
Order Barcodes Online
This is the key part of our new system beginning Spring/Summer 2008. Every item must have a tag with a sticker barcode attached. You will ORDER BARCODES online. If they are ordered before March 28th, we
will mail them to you as a one time courtesy to each consignor per sale. Take advantage of our mailing service and order ASAP. This will save you time at drop-off.
NOTE: If you place a second order or place your initial order after March 28th you will need to ask for your order at registration.
Step 4:
Bring your items to DROP-OFF
Refer to
the
schedule
in our drop-off section to determine your specific time for
drop-off.
NOTE: you may ORDER BARCODES online and pick them up during drop-off. If you choose to wait until drop-off to pick-up your barcodes, allow plenty of time. We recommend that you order your barcodes ahead.
Step 5:
Shop the Consignors
Only Private Sale!
Take your
turn to SHOP EARLY!
As a
consignor you earn the privilege to shop before the public!
The
Consignors Only Private Sale will be held on Wednesday, April 9 th
at 5:00pm. No children under 10 are permitted during
the private sale
.You will receive a pass to the private sale during
drop-off. There is a minimum of 25 acceptable items required to
earn a private sale pass.

Step 6:
Finish by picking up or donating your unsold items.
It is your
choice to pick-up or donate your unsold items. Please follow
tagging instructions carefully. All cards NOT highlighted
will be automatically donated.
All others
will be sorted and ready for pick-up. Please refer to
schedule for
pick-up day and times.
Step 7:
Collect your check following the sale.
When you pick up your unsold items you will be able to pick-up your check! You may provide a
self-addressed stamped envelope for your payment to be
mailed. You will be asked to provide this at drop-off during
registration.
