Please use the link below to sign up for a work shift. You will need to log in with your consignor number and password to sign up for work shifts. The shifts will be filled on a first-come first-served basis.

KEEP IN MIND

Below are incentives for consignors who choose to work shifts during the event.

Duck Squad Members (Workers with 1-5 shifts)

1 Shift (4 hours) Duck Squad: Receive one pass to shop at 3pm on Private Sale Day

2 Shift (8 hours) Duck Squad: Receive one pass to shop at 1pm on Private Sale Day

3 Shift (12 hours) Duck Squad: Receive one pass to shop at 11 am on Private Sale Day

4 Shifts or more (20 hours or more): Receive one pass to shop at 11am on Private Sale Day and Receive one pass to shop at 9am on ½ Price Day!

SORTING SQUAD: If at least one of your shifts is a sorting shift, receive an early shopping pass for our half price sale.

*Please note: There are no light duty shifts available during sorting. Sorting Squad members need to be able to stand, bend and lift for several hours.  

**SUPER DUCK SQUAD MEMBER: Work at least 6 shifts, including at least 1 POWERSHIFT (and one sorting shift), and EARN 75%!

Super Duck Squad Members will work SIX 4-hour shifts for a total of 24 hours.  At least one shift must be one of the shifts designated as a POWERSHIFT (and one sorting shift). These workers will receive 75% of their sales, minus fees.  Super Duck Squad Members also shop early for our ½ Price Sale.

POWERSHIFTS are:

Public Sale Opening  9:30a-1:30p

Public Sale Opening  1:00p-5:00p

½ Price Sale  9:30am-1:30pm

SORTING SHIFTS are:

(1) 4 hour shift on Tuesday or Wednesday after the 1/2 price day. (See Worker Schedule for detailed time slots).

Please note: We have a limited number of light duty shifts available on a first come, first served basis. If you are pregnant or have other special needs, please look for a shift labeled LIGHT DUTY using the form below. If all light duty shifts are full, you may request a specific shift via email {insert link} and we will try to find something that will work for you; however, we are not able to accommodate Light Duty shift requests during Drop off or Sorting.

Worker Policy:

We have implemented a worker policy in order to prevent people from taking advantage of early shopping privileges, then failing to work their scheduled shift. This policy allows us to attract only those who are responsible and dependable. Please thoughtfully consider the commitment before you select a shift.

A $20.00 fee will be deducted from your earnings for every four hour shift not worked. Please Note: THIS FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED EVEN IF YOU SIGNED-UP BUT COULD NOT SHOP THE WORKERS SALE. By checking the box above you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to the above worker policy.
